ABE5.COM does not verify, endorse, or otherwise vouch for the contents of any internet site linked to the ABE5.COM site or SERVICE. ABE5.COM does not accept any responsibility for what you may do with the suggestions or recommendations provided by this site.

GRANTING OF LICENSE.

ABE5.COM grants to you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive license to use this hosted software in accordance with the terms contained in this license.

All title and copyrights in and to the SERVICE, including but not limited to any images, texts, and sounds incorporated into the SERVICE, are owned by ABE5.COM or its suppliers. All trademarks are property of their respectful owners.

ANTI-SPAM AND PROHIBITED USES.

ABE5.COM prohibits the use of the SERVICE in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("SPAM"). Prohibited uses of the SERVICE include but are not limited to:

• Links to illegal content
• Links to malware, worms, viruses or other executable files
• Links to casino, gambling, replica, drug/pharmacy websites
• Search engine spamming

We will notify the ISP or access provider of any spamming activity by an individual, and prompt them for action against that person. Using the SERVICE in any way for spamming purposes, whether directly or indirectly, will expose an individual to legal action.

SERVICE TERMINATION.

ABE5.COM reserves the right to terminate Licensee's account without notice if the Licensee does not use the SERVICE according to these Terms and Conditions or to Licensee which we, at our sole judgment, think is inappropriate to be a Licensee of the SERVICE. All decisions by ABE5.COM are final.
